About Westat's AI Search Visibility
This ranking is powered by the AI Rankia Universal Brand Index (UBI) — a system that sends real buyer queries to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity AI, Claude, Grok, and Google AI Mode, then measures which market research firms each model recommends. Rankings are updated regularly as AI models evolve.
Westat achieved a prompt coverage of 14% — appearing in 2 of 14 tracked buyer queries — with an AI visibility score of 13.7%, placing them #35 of 182 market research firms in United States.
Westat's strongest AI model is ChatGPT Search, cited in 15% of relevant prompts. Their weakest is Google AI Overviews at 8% — an opportunity to improve citations on that platform.
Seeing this ranking is step one. AI Rankia is the autonomous AI-visibility platform that acts on it— where read-only tools (Profound, Otterly, Semrush) just hand you a report, AI Rankia's agents publish the content AI cites, deploy the schema, llms.txt and internal links straight to your live site, buy the links AI already trusts for your competitors, and prove the citation lift against a control. Its Get Cited PR toolkit finds the journalists and creators who cover market research firms and automates the whole outreach — discover contacts, AI-write each pitch, send from your Gmail and track replies. Switch on autopilot and the agents run the entire loop end to end, every day — Monitor → Get Cited → Content Hub → AI Links — or take full manual control of every article, prompt, schema tag and link. Built for the teams that own market research firms visibility: agencies reporting to clients, and brands who want to move up this ranking instead of just watching it.
